In this report, it will be recommended to this college to research the ICT solution for the new state and build a business zone for teaching and independent study. This report will also discuss the importance of innovation and the use of innovation in different types of organizations, and also introduce the values of innovation into the organizational and leadership culture (Holmström,  2018). Here this report will be also discussed the 4ps of innovation and the use of frugal innovation in the new business zone development for the college. 

Explanation of innovation and its use as well as importance and use in different types of organisation

Innovation is an indicator of any organization's capability to sustain success. Cultural innovation is a competitive advantage in today’s uncertain and global environment business which is able to sustain success through the cultural innovation takes the importance of increasing. The organization is a system which is important to understand. Strategy and direction set at the organisational level it will impact teams and individuals. The CEO and the organizational team are responsible for the cultural organizations. The style of the leadership values and the way of the behaviour set the tone of the organizational culture. The organization want to sustain success and cultural innovation so the organization takes lead in the intention, and communication to the wider organization, through the behaviour and involvement organization demonstrates the commitment to innovation. Innovation is a significant factor for any organization to achieve advantages. Innovation helps the organisation to stay alive in the long run (Tajeddini, et al 2020). Proper training, resources and skills and empowerment and motivation to the employee are the elements of the innovation that help to bring quality products and innovation to the organisation. Innovation is considered a key success factor for the survival and performance of the organization. Innovation is the main pillar and an important driving force of any organization. Different organizations use different types of innovation such as architectural, disruptive, incremental and radical innovation. Architectural innovation is overall technology and skills applied in different markets. It is increasing new customers in the new market. Disruptive innovation is the stealth innovation that involves new technology and processes in the company’s current market. Incremental innovation is a common innovation that utilizes the existence of technology and increases the value of the customer. Radical innovation is mostly considered innovation it brings new industry and creates a revolutionary technology (Anning-Dorson, et al.,2017). The organisational culture supports innovation which is simply the way the organisation is work.
